Inside the farm there are large multi-purpose rooms and apartments with individual heating and kitchenette all with private entrance overlooking the garden of the Villa and the grove of oaks, not far from the pool.

Belsedere Estate is located in Tuscany, Val d'Orcia, in the area of the "Crete Senesi" within the area of the ancient town of Trequanda

The farm with its laboratory and cellar in which we produce splendid meats and wines has an area of ​​four hundred hectares of cereals, vineyards doc, olive groves and pastures, and is close to beautiful places of art such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona , Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Siena and many others.

At the center of the Estate is located Villa Belsedere with very ancient origins, once a fief Cacciaconti at the end of 1200 was chosen as a place of retreat and prayer on the part of the Blessed Bonizzella Cacciaconti whose body, guarded by an urn on the altar of the church of Trequanda, is exposed to worship at the solemn celebrations dedicated to her in the month of May of each year.

Later, the farm became the property of the Piccolomini family, and in 1500 of the Gori Pannilini family who possess today.

The buildings surrounding the house have been restored and are now part of the farm, made even more enjoyable by a beautiful pool overlooking the surrounding countryside, and a large dining room where you can taste the products of the farm and spend pleasant hours in front of the fireplace.

The villa has very ancient origins, related to the history of the "Blessed Bonizzella", an image of which is kept in a small chapel dedicated to St. Catherine Gentilina. In 1500 it became the property of Gori Pannilini that still have it.

Inside the rooms have not changed and remain attractive furnishings of yesteryear.

Located on the second floor of the farm house, The Roccolo is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with kitchenette.

Comfortable and suitable for young couples with or without children.

In our farm there are currently four renovated apartments all inside of the garden of the villa and made in the ancient buildings of the farm, completely restored and independent. Everyone can enjoy the swimming pool, built in a panoramic position.

The apartments are different in size and structure and therefore have different prices:

Apartment 1 - IL ROCCOLO (2 +2 beds): One double bedroom, living room with two sofa beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and service. Heating. Located on the second floor.

Apartment 2 - LA FATTORIA (sleeps 4): 1 double room, 1 room with two single beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom. Heating. On the second floor.

Apartment 3 - LE LOGGE (4 persons): 1 double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds with bathroom, living room with fold-away kitchen and fireplace. Heating. Located on the first floor.

Apartment 4 - IL BOSCHETTO (4 persons): 1 double bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with kitchen-cupboard and fireplace. Equipped with air conditioning, independent heating. Ground floor.
